Black cumin /5kg/

Black cumin is an annual plant of the buttercup family, native to Southern Europe and Western Asia. The spice consists of seeds which have a peculiar aroma with a characteristic taste, first slightly bitter then burning. Black seeds are primarily used to sprinkle on baked goods, potatoes, yoghurt, cottage cheese, casseroles, marinades and salads.
