As of 25 May 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RODO) applies.

We kindly inform you that Digesta International with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Sosnowiecka 1, processes your personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and position. These data were obtained in connection with our previous contacts (business meetings, business cards, telephone conversations, e-mail correspondence) related to your interest in our trade offer.

 

In light of the above, we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Digesta International Florencki Łukasz, with registered office in Katowice, ul. Sosnowiecka 1, registered under NIP 954-286-70-88, www.digesta.com.pl

  2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. on the basis that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Digesta International exclusively for the marketing of its own services and products or in connection with the provision of services by Digesta International.

  3. Your data will not be processed by automated means, will not be subject to profiling, will not be transferred to third countries. They will not be shared with other entities - with the exception of the courier service provider.

  4. Your personal data will be processed by Digesta International until you withdraw your consent or the purpose for which the data is collected ceases.

  5. The legitimate interests pursued by Digesta International consist in offering customers its own products and services, which above all contribute to the stability and security of economic transactions.

  6. We also inform you that you have the right to request from Digesta International access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw your consent by sending an email to biuro@digesta.com.pl or by sending a message by post to the company's address. The will to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way, the only condition is that it reaches us.

  7. You may address complaints to the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

  8. Personal data may be disclosed to employees or collaborators of the company Digesta International, as well as to entities providing support on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded agreements on the entrustment of personal data and to entities authorized under the law.

  9. We would also like to inform you that Digesta International makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable legislation.
