I. Definitions

  1. Administrator - Digesta International sp. z o.o. ul. Sosnowiecka 1 40-337 Katowice, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User's devices

  2. Service - means a website or application under which the Administrator operates an Internet service, operating in the domain www.cigesta.com.pl

  3. Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.

  4. User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

II. Personal Data

  1. The Administrator collects the following personal data of Users through the website and other forms of communication, in case of purchases and registration process on the service:

    - surname and first name
    - residence address
    - courier delivery address, if different from your home address
    - email address
    - phone number
    - second phone number

    Providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary for registration and/or purchase in our shop.

  2. The Administrator may use the information provided above with the User's consent in order to send information about the status of the order, products, services, offers and the possibility to receive a newsletter. In cases where such information is sent electronically, it shall only be sent if the User has agreed to receive it in that form.

This Privacy Policy also defines the principles of storing and accessing information on the User's devices with the use of cookies for the provision of electronic services requested by the User by Digesta International sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice.

III. Definition of Cookies

  1. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on devices through which the User accesses the Service's websites.

  2. Cookies of the Administrator - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

  3. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, via the Service website.

IV. Types of Cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, this way it is not possible to get into the Device Users viruses or other unwanted software or malware. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customise the Service to each individual User. Cookies usually include the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device and the value assigned to them.

  2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

    - Session cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the respective browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Device. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

    - Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not cause their deletion from the User's Device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.

  3. The User has the possibility to restrict or disable the access of cookies to his Device. If you use this option, you will be able to use the Service, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

V. Purposes for which Cookies are used

  1. The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

    • Service configuration

      • adapting the content of the Service's websites to User preferences and optimising the use of the Service's websites.

      • recognise the Service User's device and its location and appropriately display the website adapted to its individual needs

      • remembering the User's chosen settings and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. with respect to the chosen language or region of origin of the User

      • remembering the history of pages visited on the service in order to recommend content

    • Authenticating the user on the site and ensuring a user session on the service

      • maintaining a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Service

      • correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session

      • optimise and increase the efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator

    • Execution of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites

      • adjustment of the content of the Service's websites to User's preferences and optimisation of use of the Service's websites. In particular, these files make it possible to recognise the basic parameters of a User's Device and appropriately display a website, adjusted to his/her individual needs

      • correct operation of the affiliate programme, enabling in particular verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Service's websites

    • Remembering the user's location

      • correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular adjustment of information provided to the User with respect to his/her location

    • Analysis and research and audience audit

      • creating anonymous statistics which help to understand how users of the Service use the Service's websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content

    • Ensuring safety and reliability of the service

  2. The service administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

    • the presentation of multimedia content on the Service's websites which are downloaded from an external website:

    • collect general and anonymous statistical data through analytical tools

      • Google Analytics [cookie administrator: Google Inc with headquarters in the USA]

VI. Possibility of defining the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies

The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings concerning cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing cookies by the User's Device. Changing the settings referred to in the previous sentence, the User can make using the settings of the Internet browser. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their placement on your device each time. The user can delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they are using.

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Service's website.
